This year, The AUTM Foundation exceeded our goal of recruiting at least 50 people to make a contribution of $50 or more in support of our diversity and inclusion initiative by the end of the 2018 Annual Meeting. We are now continuing this campaign to further our efforts in increasing the number of women, minorities and underrepresented groups who are active within the technology transfer industry. All funds raised during this campaign will seed the development of programs that foster diversity and inclusion to enhance a well-rounded human experience within our field.

The Strength in Diversity campaign was born of a desire for change — to help mobilize the technology transfer profession toward greater demographic diversity in disclosing, patenting, and licensing inventions. The AUTM Foundation knows that everyone benefits from a more inclusive culture, but we cannot do it alone. We need your help to ensure the innovations of tomorrow are built on the entirety of today’s human potential.
